QMS 2015 Edition & EMS 2015 Edition - Internal Auditor Course (Quality Management System & Environmental Management System Internal Auditor Course) for AD Marina Bar staff, the members of the SUST-MARINA project team and special guests has been organized and realized in AD Marina Bar 16th to 18th May 2016 as follows:

• The training course for integrated internal auditors ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 was held in AD Marina Bar in Bar from 16-18th of May, 2016. An instructor/lecturer of Institute for research and design in commerce & industry – iipp doo Belgrade, Mr. Miloš Dimitrijević hold the course of Internal Auditors;

• This training course has been defined in order to provide Internal Auditor Certificate of integrated management system (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015) for AD Marina staff and project team members. In this case, for all team members were provided the better understanding of the principles and benefits of quality, safety and environment management system with regards to integration of ISO standards;

• Main topics of this training cover structure and requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, as well as ISO 19011:2011, operational control and emergency preparedness and response, monitoring, measuring and auditing techniques;

• This training course has been delivered through lectures, project member interaction and open discussion. The integrated internal auditors’ course (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015) is presented by highly qualified lecturer (Mr. Miloš Dimitrijević, Institute for research and design in commerce & industry – iipp doo Belgrade) and includes course notes and training certificates.

• The benefits of integrated internal auditors’ course provide the team members with concept and tools that can be used to effectively integrate management systems. The course teaches how integrating management system can be leveraged to improve performance in study areas. The integrated concept has been practically applied in workshop after the course. Team members and participants worked with real cases to discover critical issues and problems as well as practical solutions to those problems. They accepted knowledge of the requirements of integrated management systems as reflected in, but not limited to, internationally recognized standards in marinas and nautical ports;

• This training for integrated internal auditors ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 was consisted of three days. Main topics of this training cover integrated internal auditors ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015;

• The educational program included ISO standards issued 2015 and EMS with a life cycle assessment of Zero Emission marina equipment. During three days, the team organized the practical program regarding ISO standards (9001:2015 and 14001:2015) and procedures for implementation of these standards, especially in AD Marina Bar;
