Young researcher's involvment

 

In this project, the team has prepared the special program for the young researchers’ 

 

involvement. However, young researchers’ work is mostly related on the introduction of 

 

the each criterion for the implementation of ISO standards and getting Blue Flag and Gold 

 

Anchor Scheme awards. The theoretical aspect of the Environment Management System has 

 

the priority for their knowledge. The consultancies and suggestions will be brought by their 

 

supervisors who will provide the directions for their deeper knowledge of environmental 

 

aspects in marina. 

 

Involving young researchers in this project can help bridge gaps between them and their 

 

supervisors. Also, their practical knowledge will be significantly improved because they 

 

will visit marina Bar very often in the three-year time period. The comprehensive presence 

 

in each work packages will offer them a new approach for defining the research problem, 

 

methodology framework and employ different modeling to solve maritime problems in 

 

marina. Especially this will also highlight young people’s competencies.
