Knowledge transfer

 

The scientific and technological aspects of the project will be evaluated. First, the mix of

 

the team experts will expand the investigations areas. Their knowledge in transportation 

 

engineering, port system, biochemistry, mechanical engineering and planning and 

 

mathematics will provide a sufficient science in the study analysis that will be provided in 

 

marina. The key researchers’ experiences are:

 

 

• In marina environmental review system, 

 

• In modeling ports and terminals which are more complex system than marina, 

 

• As evaluators for the TransEuropean Transportation projects and practices in 

 

implementing sustainable urban travel policies, 

 

• In natural gas as a fuel alternative for sustainable passenger shipping, 

 

• In energy efficiency of passenger shipping, 

 

• In ship generated exhaust emissions and their externalities and

 

• In promotion of security in shipping, will provide a good foundation for making 

 

marina Bar sustainable.
