The study visit entitled “Integrated Management System - IMS (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015) implementation in AD Marina Bar” has been organized from 29th January to 1st February by Prof. Vassilis Tselentis. This study visit aims to final check and assessment of already implemented documentations of the Integrated Management System - IMS (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015) in AD Marina Bar. The accent was given to the analysis of measurement of water quality, noise, conductivity of water area etc. with regards to the obtained results. Also, the intention has been about preparation activities for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 2015 during Certification Body visit in foreseeable future. The special guest lecture and instructions about aforementioned were provided for the marina staff and MSc and PhD students from Maritime Faculty, as well as local partners from Bar. On the other hand, it was a good opportunity that during the visit of Prof. Tselentis did some additional measurement activities in AD Marina Bar and to prepare the activities relating to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 2015 implementation and project publications as very important deliverables at the end of the third project year. Prof. Tselentis has supported project team members and the AD Marina Bar Management in the following:
