Organization and realization Special Lectures for students of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of t

In the midle of the month, the project manager have intensive work together with Prof. Dr. Nenad Zrnic and his research team at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade about Certifications of AD Marina Bar with regard to ISO standards, as well as to continued investigation of management of boat handling equipment in AD Marina Bar. During this visit, it was realized the following activities:

• further promoting of SUST-MARINA project has been done especially in regards to Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO:14001:2015) of the AD Marina Bar;

• several meetings with professors and students from Laboratory of Material Handling, Construction and Logistics have been organized;

• investigation about Certification of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO:14001:2015) in AD Marina Bar;

• further investigation about Berth Allocation Problems in marina was considered;

• Special guest lecture for PhD students from Laboratory of Material Handling, Construction and Logistics has been organized regarding Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO:14001:2015) of the AD Marina Bar;

• potential of application of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO:14001:2015) in other marinas in Montenegro;

• some further works to some feasibility study of boat handling in marina were performed.
