Study visits to AD Marini Bar by consultant on the project

Several study visits to AD Marini Bar have been done by consultant on the project Zdravko Paladin during November and October. During this visits he had opportunity to discuss about current state in marina as well as to further promote activities of SUST-MARINA project and Sustainable Development Concept in small ports and marinas. In the first one, on 12th November, he had a meeting with the operating team from AD Marina Bar with regard to discussion of some main activities and servicing of boats in marina, current seasonal trend, possibilities for berths allocation of boats in order to increase utilisation, statistical data on boats’ characteristics, use of installations and equipment, possibilities for improvement of Safety and Services. During second visit on 13th November consultant had opportunity to meet with marina operational staff and to discuss about some issues related to environmental management and sustainable marina concept regarding aspects and their impact on marine area. In both visit, consultant had site tour on marina gates and servicing area with operational staff.
