Training course for “QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT RISK MANAGER (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 390

In relation to SUST-MARINA project, it was organized an training course for “QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT RISK MANAGER (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 39001:2009)” in AD Marina Bar in Bar from 18-19th of July, 2016. The instructors/lecturers of Institute for research and design in commerce & industry – iipp doo Belgrade, Mr. Miloš Dimitrijević and Miloš Vasić were hold the course of “QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT RISK MANAGER (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 39001:2009)”. This training course for more than 20 participants regarding “QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT RISK MANAGER (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 39001:2009)” has been very successfully organized. Beside the project team members, the course also attended other guests from Maritime Faculty, Secondary Agricultural School of Bar and Environmental protection Agency of Montenegro. All participants got the certificate of QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT RISK MANAGER for QMS and EMS. Therefore, the conditions for the initialization of marina certification are satisfied. Participants had the possibility to hear about the theoretical and practical experiences of the integrated management system and QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT RISK MANAGAMENT. The benefits of the training course for “QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT RISK MANAGER (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 39001:2009)” provide the team members with concept and tools that can be used to effectively integrate management systems. The course teaches how integrating management system can be leveraged to improve respond to risks and opportunities, qualification and quantification of risks and defining actions to eliminate, reduce and acceptance of risk or the definition of activities to utilization opportunity in study areas. Team members and participants will work with real cases to discover critical issues and problems with regards to creating and updating of documented information in order to provide the best management practice of risks and opportunities. They will gain knowledge of the requirements of integrated management systems as reflected in, but not limited to, internationally recognized standards in marinas and nautical ports with regards to quality and environment risk management. This training course for “QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT RISK MANAGER (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 39001:2009)” is consisted of two days. Main topics of this training cover quality and environment risk management. To achieve a safe marina, it must be considered what can go wrong and how best to prevent it in occasional situations regarding quality and environment risk management. This is a practice that will not lead to a safer marina but may also help to reduce insurance premiums, a commercial benefit to the marine company. It will serve in the formulation of better operating procedures but also in the formulation of effective emergency plans with regards to the best management practice of risks and opportunities. During two days, the team will organize the practical program regarding “QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT RISK MANAGER (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 39001:2009)” and procedures for implementation of these standards, especially in AD Marina Bar. Project members from University of Piraeus will be also contacted every day via Skype during the training course for “QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT RISK MANAGER (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 39001:2009)”.
