Study visit to Faculty of Mechanical Engineering University of Belgrade

In the beginning of the month, the project manager have intensive work together with Prof. Dr. Nenad Zrnic and his research team at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade about investigation of “Improvement of Safety and Services in recreational ports and marinas”. This study visit has been realised to preserve already established close cooperation with Laboratory of Material Handling, Construction and Logistics, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. During this visit, it was realized the following activities:

• promoting of SUST-MARINA project already prepared documentations for ISO 15 ISO 9001:2015 (QMS - Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (EMS – Environmental Management System): 15 Procedures and Guide Manual – Handbook for QMS and EMS for AD Marina Bar;

• organization of several meetings with Vice Deans of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade; professors and students from Laboratory of Material Handling, Construction and Logistics;

• providing investigation about Improvement of Safety and Services in recreational ports and marinas;

• providing continued investigation about management of boat handling equipment in marina;

• organization of Special guest lecture for PhD students from Laboratory of Material Handling, Construction and Logistics entitled Improvement of Safety and Services in recreational ports and marinas;

• providing some simulation tests about Improvement of Safety and Services in recreational ports and marinas, especially to AD Marina Bar;

• continued work to some feasibility study of boat handling equipment in marina, especially to AD Marina Bar;

• providing first step for organization International Conference through SUST-MARINA project.
