The visits to AD Marina Bar including site tours, several meetings and roundtables

Project team continued all activities to preparation documentations for ISO 9001:2015 (EMS) and ISO 14001 (QMS) and appropriate QMS and EMS procedures for AD MARINA Bar. ISO 9001:2008 has been based on Process Approach and PDCA, while new issue of ISO 9001:2008 was established in respect to Risk and Opportunities. In the same way, the 2015 standard acknowledges that in order to have a successful EMS, an organisation needs to consider and manage risks and opportunities relating to its stakeholders, its external and internal context and from its environmental aspects. According to this, project team prepared appropriate QMS and EMS procedures for AD MARINA Bar. Also, adequate guide manual – handbook of Integrated Management System has been prepared with all relevant standards which have been included in its contents.
