Visit to the Dokley Marina Montenegro in Budva and AD Marina Bar

The members of the SUST-MARINA project visited Dokley Marina Montenegro (DMM) in Budva and had an intensive meeting with Nikola Banović, Operative Manager regarding status, trend and perspectives of DMM. Main task of this visit has been on an introductory consideration about SUST-MARINA project and DMM, as well as possibilities for future cooperation.

Project team also organized a small roundtable in AD Marina Bar on July 31st. The purpose of the roundtable was related mainly to the integrated management system and discussion about implementation of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 to AD Marina Bar. The team analyzed the instances that marina will need to develop its own set of rules and regulations, tailored to its specific needs.
