Meeting with World Bank team in AD Marina Bar

The official visit of the World Bank team, HERIC project team and representatives from Ministry of Science conducting a comprehensive mid-term review (MTR) of the HERIC projects including SUST-MARINA project has been realized on May 26th in AD Marina Bar. The aim of the MTR is to:

Assess the project’s overall implementation progress, including areas such as the activity timetable, results framework, procurement, financial management and operational issues;
Conduct meetings including those with ministry representatives, with representatives from the Ministry of Finance, and on-site visits to all available project beneficiary groups;
Continue providing technical support to the HERIC Project Management Unit, Technical Services Unit, and other relevant recipient groups;
Determine any areas in need of intervention and potential alterations to the results framework, timeline, or financing of the project.

Also, the Delegation was hosted by Executive Director of AD Marina Bar, Dr. Radovan Orlandić with his assistants, Project manager, Prof. Dr. Branislav Dragović and other team members from AD Marina Bar and Maritime Faculty.

The meeting in AD Marina Bar was consisted of two parts:

- First part was related to the presentation of Project manager and other team members the achieved results of the first year of the investigation. The attendees discussed and put some questions on the table.

- Second part was related to the guide tour of AD Marina Bar where the guests from World Bank and Ministry visited Gate 5 where the equipment bought from the project was installed.
