Meeting in AD Marina Bar with marina staff and elaboration about the ISO certification procedure in

Prof. Dr. Branislav Dragović visited AD Marina Bar on April 27th and had a meeting with Executive Director, Dr. Radovan Orlandić and other project staff. The team members discussed about the integrated ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 system and set the criteria for a quality management system. Prof. Dragović described the attendance of Adriatic Sea forum in Dubrovnik and possibility for AD Marina Bar to position more in the area of maritime tourism. Also, he elaborated about the SUST-MARINA concept that he presented at the meeting with officials from Dubrovnik Port Authority. Finally, it was concluded that implementing ISO certification in AD Marina Bar will help to ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.
