First day of Workshop I and Special Session

The first day of Special Session ‘Sustainable Development in Maritime Transportation and Logistics’ and Workshop I of the project Applying and promoting the concept of sustainable development to AD Marina Bar – (SUST-MARINA) were realized in Bar on November 17th.
Project manager and organizer of the venue, Prof. Dr. Branislav Dragović, pointed towards that the concept applied to the AD Marina Bar, should be applied to other marinas in Montenegro. It was emphasized that Maritime Faculty together with Environmental protection Agency of Montenegro, AD Marina Bar and researchers from Greece had a chance that some of the scientific work represented in it can be applied in nautical tourism and maritime sector of Montenegro.
Bar as a port-maritime town has the intention to again appear on the map of world ports. In order to succeed it, we need to work hard and to respond to the challenging global market demands.
